I want to emphasize, this is not ideal, but neither is a pandemic. Since we are a larger church, with a lot of moving parts, it makes it somewhat complex. We have arrived at a plan to ease back into gathering.

I need you to pray, stick with us, and press on.

Please read the entire plan.

Here are a few highlights:

We are trying to strike a balance between caution and reason, and consider everyone’s health and well-being as best we can.

The plan is subject to change if circumstances in our county or state necessitate it.

All Worship and Groups will remain 100% online for the month of May.

We will resume in-person Worship on June 7th. For June 7, 14, 21, 28, and July 5th we will have 4 identical 45-50 minute family services at 8:15 AM (for age 60+ and others who may be vulnerable), 9:30, 10:50, and 6:00 PM. We will need 75-100 volunteers to attend the evening service to take pressure off of the morning services.

The Vine Student Ministry will meet in the Gym during the 6:00 PM  Sunday Service.

Please Note: People over the age of 60 can use their own judgment on which service to attend. The 8:15 AM Service is simply limited to those over the age of 60 or who want to attend for health or family reasons.

All services will be “Family Services” with no childcare or children’s classes. Childcare and children’s classes will resume on July 12th if circumstances permit.

All groups will remain 100% online during this time.

Wednesdays will remain online during this time.

We will move toward a more “normal” schedule overall, the week of July 12th if circumstances permit.
