The New Year is upon us. I am thankful to God for His constant faithfulness and abundant grace in our lives. The New Year is always a good time to evaluate one’s walk with the Lord, and seek to know God more deeply. The following are several ways we will approach this at Cross Lanes Baptist Church. If you are part of our church family, we encourage you to join with us in this. If you are part of another fellowship, maybe this will benefit you as well.

Theme Verses for 2017- Lord, hear my voice when I call; be gracious to me and answer me. My heart says this about You, “You are to seek My face.” Lord, I will seek Your face. Psalm 27:7-8

Prayer Assembly- Sunday Evening, January 8th @ 5:30 PM- This will be a great way to start off the New Year- CLBC 102 Knollwood Drive in Cross Lanes WV.

Yearly Bible Reading Plan- M’Cheyne’s One-Year Reading Plan-  This plan includes a recommendation for personal and family reading. The plan also will take you through the OT once, the Psalms twice, and the NT twice. An easy way to access an e-plan of this is through the Bible App (Life.Church).  (Beginning January 1st)
